During this role I worked with first-time buyers, landlords, house movers, those needing to re-finance. I ensured my clients got the best possible deal in terms of not just the mortgage but all the associated things such as insurances, solicitors and surveyors whilst simultaneously delivering excellent service.

My first position in which I went into management allowed me the opportunity to express my views on what we should be doing for our customers.Customer service is the key to any successful business, yet who really offers this.
