The most valuable element in a protective system is the culture that underpins it.In 2019 I was very proud to receive the Australian OSPA for Outstanding In-House Security Manager/Director for my work in reducing rail corridor trespass and operational disruptions in the freight rail industry, with a specific focus on countering Issue Motivated Group (IMG) illegal protest activity.I hold a Master's Degree in Security & Risk Management from the University of Leicester. My articles on organisational culture, white-collar crime, CPTED, Intelligence Fusion, aged care security, bulk handling security and Crisis Management have been published in peer-reviewed and industry journals.
