 Execute design brief and schematic design objectives. Commercial tender coordinator (tertiary/ child care and health projects); clients include local government authorities, private sector clients, developers and project management consultants Commercial BDM  Coorinating stakeholders, architects, consultants, contractors & developers  Document control; inception to construction to completion.

Main project: $40M Mixed Use Property Development, Brunswick East (Lygon Street) – Private Developer.- Design development and in depth consultation with client and Council to fulfill each of the requirements for the site and the development.-Involved, on behalf of stakeholders, in the early stages of a project’s fruition, including Gate 0 and 1 for future development opportunities. Liaising with real estate experts and Council representatives for advice, analyzing statistics and development plans, then reporting findings.

Main Project: $3M Flexible Learning Building - North Melbourne PS, North Melbourne – DEECD BER funded project - Administered the AS2124 contract as Superintendant for both the Early Works and Complete Works packages- Managed the project in a full capacity independently of the office directors post schematic design to construction. This included issuing, briefing, overseeing and compiling all team member output, including consultants, engineers and architects involved.

Main Projects: $1M School Hall upgrade at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Catholic PS- Catholic Education Office- Prepared full documentation suite from schematic design to construction.$7M Firbank Grammar school refurbishment - FirbankA school improvement project involving both heritage and new works- Prepared full documentation suite from schematic design to construction.Re-construction of Cargo Shed 2, South Wharf (Polly Woodside Maritime Museum) – Heritage Victoria- Developed schematic designs and discussed concepts with Heritage Victoria & the developers.PRADA on Collins Street store fit-out – Prada MilanWorking with PRADA headquarters in Milan. Meeting deadlines was paramount; a handover delay presented in a $10k p/w liquidation damages imposed on the builder.- Completed detailed construction documentation and managed builders timelines with the Design Manager. - The Sydney based Prada design manager oversaw all of our documentation which was to be worked in conjunction with Prada headquarters in Milan. There were many stringent guidelines, the client was demanding and particular and it was a relative juggle to conform with both Prada requirements as well as Australian Standards.
