Conducting thorough and impartial investigations into employee performance concerns or allegations of misconduct, along with coordinating University Title IX hearings and proceedings regarding matters of alleged sexual misconduct. Point of contact for all Unions on campus regarding issues identified for Labor-Management discussions, grievances, arbitration, mediation of interpersonal disputes, investigations, disciplinary decisions, training opportunities, benefits and compensation questions, workplace practices, public and Union information requests, etc. Reporting progress toward the University's strategic Labor Relations goals directly to the President, Vice Presidents, and Board of Trustees.
