Sean is a multiple Grammy and Tony Award-winning album and show producer, theatre and music executive, writer, composer, orchestrator, and conductor. He is Chief Theatricals Executive at Concord, the fifth largest music company in the world. Concord Theatricals is the most significant and comprehensive theatrical agency, comprising the catalogues of Rodgers & Hammerstein Theatricals, Tams-Witmark, Samuel French, the Andrew Lloyd Webber Collection, and over 75 new signings each year, as well as music publishing, script publishing, and recording. CT also develops and co-produces first-class shows, including Hadestown (Tony Award 2019) and Company (Tony Award 2022) and Stereophonic (Tony Award 2024). Sean has been a producer on dozens of albums, 16 of which were nominated for Grammys, winning for the Diamond-certified Hamilton (2016), Into the Woods (2023), and Some Like It Hot (2024). He has produced or managed over 100 shows, concerts, workshops, and readings for landmark companies on and off-Broadway. As a playwright, composer, and arranger, his work has been performed around the country and at the Abbey Theatre in Dublin. He has been on the faculty of the NYU-Tisch Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program for 23 years.
