Required to be technically sound in brand products and support SKUs in order to consult and assist Vendor Partners in procuring appropriate licensing for their Enterprise Systems. Required to consult vendor partners products based on their system specifications by obtaining information on the number of servers, required hosts, number of guests, 1-2 socket server type or higher and support levels. Required to represent the brand and implement technical support for vendor partners. Also required to be highly proficient in proprietary SAP software in order to help build quotations and help sales process purchase orders, RFQs/RFPs for commercial, local, state and Federal resellers. An effective, technical team member working to support the sales team in the back end by providing information on products and understanding technical specifications.
