Sean started in the finance world at the age of 19 and has since developed industry experience including structuring business growth, capital raising, and mortgage lending. He has been named a top 1% loan originator nationwide and 5-star mortgage professional in NJ. He joined the executive team at Brighton Bank to facilitate the national launch of their tech and AI-based lending platform as well as a new hybrid model for real estate professionals. Under his leadership and strategy, production and sales have grown by 300% within two years and expanded into 20+ states.As a serial entrepreneur, Sean founded Phlex Ventures- a sourcing and structuring firm for mid and large-scale real estate deals. With real estate as a passion, he joined the non-profit organization AREAA in 2015 and has since served as local chapter president and mortgage committee chair for AREAA National serving over 17,000 members.Sean resides in the Gold Coast of New Jersey and enjoys traveling and continuing to invest in various business ventures.
