As a product manager at Zwilling, I ensured the current and future assortment of products aligned with any level of chef. We've got knives for all types, cookware to fit any style of cuisine, and finishing touches for the tabletop for any aesthetic. Launching new collections that ignite passion for the new chef is what Zwilling lives for, but we also ensure to keep the heritage going with classic pieces. My goal is to share with you, as the Instax instant cameras and film do, and give. Here, I am tasked to ensure that the brand moves along with you and your memories by launching new and exciting cameras, printers, & film. In a world where all you have to do is double tap and swipe left or right to like something, it's refreshing to snap and give an actual momento.

As the Sr. Product Manager for Browne, my job was to discern among a wide variety of products & brands the optimal assortments for customers and consumers alike. Creating a product mix that fit within the brands and the market was my main objective. Leaning out the collections for better sales and marketing initiatives was one of my main goals. With research and the help of our sales team, design team, and supply chain team, I was able to launch a few collections within my short time at Browne. From limited editions of Global knives to new induction ready ceramic cook/bakeware, planning the perfect strategy for execution to the market was a team effort.

Making Life a little easier is how I strive to show my value in a company and perfectly enough, that was also what my new venture at Better Living Products encompassed. As part of the Design team, I was able to cultivate & put into action my "work smarter not harder" motto. Using Basecamp to interact with the teams abroad enabled me to keep projects on track and adjust priorities as needed. I got to be hands-on with the new product and design developments to ensure quality was at its highest - from aiding in receiving tooling samples, assessed and helped with QC reviews/reports, to finalizing packaging for print, I was tasked to ensure all steps followed the NPD process as smoothly as possible. Keeping track of all samples was an on-going project, and being detail oriented is key.

As my passion grew for the Beauty Division at Zwilling, I further helped expand the brand(s) (branded & private label) through line development & extension, tailored programs for accounts, product development for new private label programs, and merchandising fixtures to better optimize floor space at store level. I was able to learn the skills of negotiations for new product development, importing, & a little bit of forecasting. Helping create a final product/fully loaded display was a major accomplishment - programs still going strong can be found at Joe Fresh & Trade Secrets locations. Hosting and working PR events was also a great time - I was able to partake in TIFF for two years, as well as special events for new launches representing Tweezerman.

At Zwilling, I started as Sales & Marketing Coordinator for both the culinary and beauty divisions. As the conduit for all communications between all departments as well as the in-field sales team, I was able to help in creating efficient reporting systems, costing structures, and filing. During trade show seasons, I was on the scene to ensure all merchandising collateral were present and in-line with brand strategies. I later diverted my attention to the Beauty division, where I helped with brand expansion through account acquisitions, program building, and PR events. As the 'expert' for the Tweezerman brand, I aided in pricing and sales presentations, as well as sell sheet creations and product knowledge manuals.

At Citizen Watch, I wore a few hats throughout the day - sales support, merchandising coordinator, office manager, account payables, and executive assistant. My organizational strengths came to the test as I had to maintain multiple projects at once from day to day. Depending on the time of year, I would help with planning, implementing, and executing semi-annual incentive programs. Was the task owner of the monthly merchandising directive for 3rd party field agents. Ensured that planograms were maintained to brand strategy and promotional direction. As the office manager, I maintained needed office supplies and assisted with departmental protocols and memorandums. I also helped the executive team on ad hoc projects, from meeting arrangements, accommodations for off-site sales meetings, and staff events.

Being a Stylist at Club Monaco made me realize that I like to make people feel good and look good too! I was able to further hone my customer service skills and added some flair to it as I helped style the customer to look their best. I was trusted and sought by returning customers come every month/season for the next trend and must-haves, making it simple for me to reach and surpass my sales goals for the assigned shifts. In addition to styling, I helped with visual merchandising, cash handling, and sales floor maintenance. Working here has further established my working style - detail-oriented, classic with a twist, and efficient.

After a learning session of the art of Chinese silk flower making with the store owner, I was able to create and customize floral arrangements for all occasions. From simple home decor, to elaborate center pieces and bridal bouquets, my attention to detail was put to the test in creating exactly what the customer wanted. I was able to meet and exceed customers' expectations as well as generate additional sales and met daily sales targets. In addition to maintaining the store front, I also kept track of inventory of the flowers, supplies needed for projects, as well as other components for arrangements. By the end of my time with the company, I was opening and closing the store with the help of one other employee.
