Developed a PHP driven system for managing testaments. The System involves a wizard for the end-user to follow which prepares a will that is then drafted automatically (word document, in two languages) by a single mouse click on an admin account. Along with generic features, the system includes : 1. Management of templates used for the compilation of a will for both languages(English & Afrikaans) 2. Clients, Agents, Admin and Super Admin accounts 3. Transferring clients between agents (Clients can either belong to the company or an agent of the company) 4. Reading and formatting of a South African government gazette (form 195) 5. Searching against available clients to the deceased extracted from the gazette 6. 22 Reporting options i.e 'List of all compiled wills'​ 7. Logging comments on wills (by client, agent and office) 8. File Management(Explorer), includes : Folder creation, uploading, downloading, deletion of both files and folders, show folder/file size, file type, date modified and hierarchy folder structure on side bar for quick navigation

a) Fixed bugs and added new features to a clocking system that allows simple management of employee labor hours through the use of OTP pins, Calendars and the internet itself. Features worked on include : 1. Fixing bugs on the OTP management site 2. Styled and configured the presentation of information for ease of use and readability 3. Added reporting of SMSs sent out by the systemb) Property/Complex Management System, not very complex but a fun challenge. The system allows easy management of leases and apartment/complex faults. Features I worked on include: 1. Created an email client that supports sending out attachments and keeping history of everything sent out. 2. Fixed bugs on the Faults management site 3. Add a notification site to make evictions a simple procedure 4. Reporting of SMSs and Emails sent out by System.c) Delivery System, great on-house system for keeping track of deliveries, locations and people involved. All I did here was change layout and fix a single bug on fetching location coordinates from google maps.d) Lastly, the company's CRM. Features I worked on include : 1. Re-writing code that lists clients to maximize loading speed. 2. Implemented sending out of invoices to clients in pdf form. 3. Support for different SMS APIs 4. Manage Email history for individual clients.
