This role comprised of performance of protocols related to Microbiological analysis of sterile pharmaceutical products and sterile pharmaceutical environments as per SOPs and within the scope of GMPs and GLP.Duties • Environmental monitoring (Swabs, Contact Plates, Active Air Counts etc) in a GMP compliant manner. • Personnel/hygiene monitoring (Finger dabs, garments monitoring), as per SOP. • Performance of biological testing, for product release (sterility test etc) • Analysis of intermediates, water and final products for microbial contamination. • Growth Promotion Tests and Maintenance of cultures. • Plate reading and identification of contaminant microbes. • Routine water sampling and analysis, identification and characterization of contaminants. • Providing reports on findings for analysis conducted.
