Kiddos’ Clubhouse Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides scholarships to families who are not able to pay for therapeutic services for their children with special needs. The organization also provides public education about disabilities and supports other nonprofit organizations associated with children with special needs. Kiddos’ Clubhouse Foundation raises funds through corporate and private donations, grants, events, and other fundraising activities.

Head of HR responsible for leading all areas of talent management and total rewards in a fast paced, growing business environment. Lead a team of 15+ professionals responsible for the HR management of 1500+ employees across the United States, India, and Philippines. Primary focus is on high volume staffing, innovative HR technology, and designing workforce programs to acheive operational objectives while reducing costs.

Reporting to the head of HR, responsible for designing a comprehensive total rewards program including base and incentive pay plans, health & welfare benefits, retirement savings plans, performance management systems, HRIS platforms, applicant tracking databases, and HR analytical tools. After an organizational restructure, assigned the responsibilities of the head of HR role while retaining responsibilities of this position.

Reporting to the head of HR, responsible for managing all areas of total rewards and HRIS for over 4,000 employees in the US and India. Specifically tasked with re-designing a health & welfare plan alingned with the unique culture and business environment, ultimately accomplishing major cost reductions and improved value of the overall benefits package.
