Producer's task remains more or less the same, but in freelance capacity. Working as freelance on multiple projects means keeping organized but flexible and mobile. Must prioritize or sometimes adapt to changing circumstances. Most importantly, enjoy every bit of it.Scope of work including but not limited to (really, sometimes there's just no limit):- Working on multiple projects, - Researching and assessing ideas, managing the executions with key crew, risk assessment, run tests, managing day to day operation for the project until finished.- Hiring key crew with suitable skills for the shoot as well as allocate or hire the rest of support crew.- Communication with Advertising team, Client team and the entire crew involved.- Controlling the budget and making sure to finish the project within budget, handling & distributing cash flow, negotiate costs, make financial reports (spreadsheets) at the end of the project.- Checking various contracts, compliance with regulations, codes of practice, law when applies, to ensure the operation follows the necessary guidelines.- Preparing presentation materials or proof-check them, lead meetings.- Organizing and supervising pre-production meeting, recce, shooting schedule, make the necessary travel arrangement.- Creative management: Supervising the progress of the project from production to post production, deals with all the practical and political aspects of keeping a project running smoothly, so that the director and the rest of the team can concentrate on the creative aspects.- Plenty of troubleshooting as every project are unique thus require creative problem-solving.- Work with wider range of professionals (crew, advertising, and clients) regionally and globally.

Job description:• Receive briefs about new projects from Client Servicing & Creative Department; then initiate the bidding process to find suitable production house or film director that would be able to deliver the brief. Get quotation, negotiate, present the quotations and make recommendation to internal team or directly to Clients.• After the job is awarded to the production, manage the internal team’s schedule including consolidating meeting timetables so they do not clash with other projects.• Communicate with the team or Clients; supervise the process from pre-production,production (shoot), post production until delivery.• Internal data entry into SAP system, input data for billing purposes, time sheet, etc.• Maintain audio-visual library, tape logs, audio-video masters, etc.Clients/Brands: Toyota, Djarum, Kao Japan, Yakult, Suntory, Otsuka Pharmaceutical, Bank Mandiri, Hoka-Hoka Bento, Ajinomoto, etc.
