In my work, I develop and maintain strategic partnerships to advance my company’s mission. In the community based healthcare field, there are many organizations with which we find common cause to benefit those we serve.I have a preference for taking on challenges that others have deemed impossible. I find satisfaction in bringing passion, creativity, and joy to all collaborative efforts, most especially the difficult ones.I bring resources to bear for my company’s mission and my partner’s collaborations. I oversee the management of grants and program contracts, while I also work to expand our resources. I oversee four divisions in my department, including RESTORE Sexual Assault Services, three regional community education divisions, grants portfolios management, as well as special projects.Community collaborations ranging from neighborhood initiaitves to large systems are part of the great joys of my work. Sometimes I am ensuring the daily operations of a youth drip in center in Niagara Falls while other times I am representing our organization at SNAPCAP WNY and SIPA. I remain rooted in the needs of families and neighborhoods as I sit with my like-minded colleagues at partner organizations. The new NYS Medicaid 1115 waiver program establishing Social Care Networks, among other things, is of great interest and I'm looking forward to participating with three of them to see how we can improve care for patients and communities participating in our programs.
