1. Coach and mentor Safety leadership; which includes the modelling of appropriate behaviours and adherence to the Company’s, and where appropriate the Client’s, HSE Management System(s). This will lead to zero safety, health or environment incidents occurring to people in, or connected to, the team;2. Actively building and maintaining relationships with Clients. This will lead to the increase in effective communication with the client with the incumbent being proactive in managing client expectations and business improvements; 3. Continual planning and increasing organisation capability that prevents reactive management, the loss of production, and realises the efficient and effective use of resources; 4. Building a successful team leading to increased safety performance, discretionary effort of individual team members, no loss of production and an operation which exceeds the expectation of clients;5. The continual development and coaching of subordinates, which increases team capability, limits reactive management activities to be performed by the incumbent or other Company leaders; 6. Strategic decision making and planning that supports the interests of the Company. This will add to the success of the Company within the Peak load Shutdowns;7. Compliance with applicable governance requirements. This will lead to the Company being protected from actionable breaches of applicable laws and timely completion of reporting requirements to relevant statutory bodies;8. The commitment to, and the facilitation of, continuous improvement through innovation. This will lead to increased efficiency and stronger customer relationships.
