-Manage the day-to-day vendor payables from receipt of invoices to payment; including coding invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into Netsuite-Own AP Inbox and Respond to AP inquiries-Review the supplier set up forms, set up new suppliers or change information to the existing vendors in the system according to policy-Responsible for creating Purchase Orders for expenses above $5k-Timely review and approval of expense reports and ensure compliance to the company policy-Ensure that the Employee profile in Expensify application is properly maintained and that necessary updates are created in a timely manner-Support monthly Accounts Payable close activities as needed-Perform ad hoc projects, as needed
