The main goal and passion of my writing career is to influence fellow human beings toward the understanding that all of humanity is interconnected with the rest of the natural world. This is a necessary first step in the mission of saving our only home in the universe, and ultimately in building a bright, sustainable future for every creature on Earth.I am currently on the search for a writing job with a forward-thinking environmental organization that is focused on both social and ecological justice, as I believe that social and environmental injustices are inextricably linked. I sincerely believe that words have power, and that creative approaches are just as necessary as scientific approaches in the battle against the immense crises we are currently facing. I graduated in Spring of 2022 with a Bachelor's in Environmental Literature. This degree gave me the unique ability to analyze and utilize literature as an effective tool that can inspire individuals to become more environmentally conscious. My favorite theories include ecofeminism and deep time.Throughout this interdisciplinary degree, I also had the chance to take multiple ecological science classes as well as Native American courses on Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK), all of which complement my environmental writing. I can proudly say that I graduated with a 4.0 overall GPA, and was honored to receive the Presidential Outstanding Student Award!
