When I was recruited by the IOCDF, they had just undergone a 100% turnover in staff and were being led by a new Board of Directors. As the only employee with non-profit experience, I successfully managed 7 employees/30 volunteers and focused my attention on developing affiliate partnerships, immediately addressing significant budget shortfalls.Major accomplishments include:➙ Winning $400K in Google grants that drove more than 1M unique visitors to the IOCDF website➙ Breaking attendance records at the IOCDF annual conference with 1200 participants➙ Increasing donor commitments in some cases as much as 150% and tripling (300%) the number of therapists trained annually through the Behavior Therapy Institute
