As a MachineTechnician, I have performed the roll of SQN Safety Coordinator during a crucial VPP recertification year, and have contributed in the success of Area 200 B Crew's Small Group Improvement Teams (SGIT). I am also certified in KYT Training curriculum, as well as a Subject Matter Expert for our Steelastics process. I am currently performing the role of NOT Coordinator in Area 200 B Crew, as well as a contributing member and lead of our current Area 200 B Crew ongoing SGIT project. I am often a representative for changes in our area pertaining to safety and quality, as well as training and working standard revision. I am an advocate for constant improvement in our processes, especially in regards to safety, quality, and employee interaction.
