Overview:Key finance partner to the Operations team of Coles Express, providing value-added financial reporting, insight and recommendations to improve store performance, cash losses, expense management and reduction. Responsibilities: - Partner with Operations to identify scope, initiate and lead initiatives that are aligned to business strategy. - Manage $220 million Remuneration budget with the guidelines and expectations of senior management. - Assist project team (cross functional) to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on budget, and that the business benefits are realised. - Preparation and analysis of quarterly bonuses - Active participation in preparation of annual budgets - Process and reporting improvements

Key contact for all store queries, providing financial data in simple terms to ensure the business remains engaged and focussed on key drivers to performance.Responsibilities: - Preparation and review of monthly store profit and loss reports - Analysis of cash and credit variances for the period - Preparation of monthly KPIs including c-store sales versus budget, drive off data, shop labour hours, cash nd credit variances, fuel volume, incident reporting and loss time injury (LTI) data. - Preparation and analysis of quarterly bonuses - Collation of financial and non-financial data and preparation of monthly dashboard - Assistance in the preparation of month end results - Active participation in preparation of annual budgets - Process and reporting improvements
