As a member of YEF's staff team, in charge of the development of the debate culture among the youth and promoting critical thinking, the position includes the following obligations:-managing project activities -promoting the program activities, both online and offline (in 25 high-schools on national level)-developing and updating the debate clubs.

Organizing Memory Walk trainings with high-school students on national level, following a curricula created to provoke young people to discuss about their cultural heritage, social responsibility. Through short videos and moderated discussions, the trainings bring about peace building and mutual understanding among the students in multi-cultural.

Selected as a fellow in the Hurford Youth Fellowship program. Through the program, 4 young activists spend 3 months at NED, in order to expand their global network, learn lessons from activists from democracy movements around the world and contribute to the development of the World Movement for Democracy in particular.
