Context:In my role as a member of the Global Architecture Board at Adecco, I was integral in maintaining the project pipeline and leading internal meetings. My primary role involved leading the cloud migration initiative across Asia, aimed at transitioning data from our Asian offices to the SharePoint and OneDrive cloud platforms. This included detailed migration planning, conducting business committees, and executing the actual cloud migration.
