Ondroid is an online laboratory where students can learn robotics by accessing physical hardware (i.e. real robots). The innovation of the project is in the verification system based on computer vision which automates and optimizes learning experience.Project was selected and graduated from the Incubator program in the Helsinki Education Hub, batch 4. Our customers are universities and vocational school.

In 2013, I established Robx from the ground up, initiating the journey with a business model canvas. Our classes provided children with a Fab Lab-inspired learning experience, aimed at nurturing technical creativity. Our mission was to transform children into makers and creators. Instead of relying on ready-made hardware, we empowered children with the skills to create their own electronic circuits, write code, design frames, and produce them using digital fabrication hardware. Additionally, we emphasized project management, design, planning, and debugging processes. Throughout the school year, we welcomed over 500 students weekly. Under my supervision, the company organized more than 25 summer camps, each spanning 21 days, where participants crafted their own robots.Since 2022, we have also facilitated online robotics classes for students worldwide. Over the years, we have developed over 30 long-term learning programs, each comprising 12+ lessons lasting 60 to 90 minutes, covering topics in robotics, computer science, and electronics.

Fab Lab is a digital fabrication laboratory, essentially a space where communities come together to work on hardware projects spanning design, electronics, and production. My ultimate goal was to utilize it as a tool to unite and empower the local DIY and maker community, encompassing both kids and adults.I studied the project, delving into Fab Lab case studies worldwide. I connected with founders from MIT and other lab managers across the globe, including those in the USA, Spain, and the Fab Lab at Aalto University in Helsinki. This involved developing a Fab Lab business plan, coordinating hardware purchases, and planning consumables. I also conducted presentations to attract investment from government funds.Prior to the laboratory's launch, I underwent training in digital fabrication and lab management at FabLab IAAC in Barcelona. Following the launch, I organized learning events focusing on hardwareand software skills, provided coworking spaces for makers, coordinated community events, offered paid production services, engaged in community projects, and collaborated with the media to expand the makers' community.
