My early experience in the military taught me to thrive under pressure, to recognize the value of assembling a diverse team, to lead with integrity, and to act decisively. These skills have translated into my civilian career, and I am known for my ability to stay calm and clear-headed in times of crisis and to focus on advancing toward the end goal. These inherent traits drive me to excellence and position me to make a swift and immediate contribution to any organization that is interested in seeing real results.Most recently, I led all financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for clients in the cloud software space. I partnered with the management team of Conversica and with investment bankers to drive equity investments and position the company for its series D funding. While advising cloud security services company Qualys, I helped to transform the customer experience and to realize a 5% increase in conversion rates. In a previous role with YuMe, I facilitated the company’s sale to RhythmOne. Subsequently, in my role as senior finance director with RhythmOne, I led post-acquisition integration and the cultural transformation of the company. I ask tough questions. I challenge the status quo. I bear accountability for my decisions.
