My bachelor degree in finance and accounting equipped me with necessary knowledge that allowed me to enter the corporate world. I had a possibility to get my first job in French, sport company called Decathlon, where I worked for over 2 years. This job taught me responsibility, creative problem solving as well as enhanced my communication skills. Apart from daily tasks, I led my own project which improved the efficiency of financial department in Polish headquarter. Thanks to my international exposure through initiatives such as academic year in the USA, Erasmus program in Belgium, participation in the projects within student organization AIESEC or international work experience in Chile I am able to easily communicate and cooperate in international environment.I am ambitious, stress resistant and eager to take up new challenges. My financial background allowed me to develop analytical mindset, which facilitates decision making. My South American trip permitted me to immerse into Spanish speaking culture that highly improved my language skills and also helped me accept and respect diversity. My Chilean work experience thought me to be open-minded, organized and easily adaptive to changes.
