The main project — McKinsey & Company (Mar 2017 – Apr 2022)I was in charge of the social media editorial team and built from scratch the regular content production & publishing system for the Employer Branding function: from posts and articles — to cards and stories for the corporate pages on Instagram, Facebook, VK, and the Telegram channel.Main achievements:— The social media outreach growth and the followers base growth: from 20 thousand followers to 99 thousand.— Advancing in quantity & quality of the content for the SM pages: publishing frequency grew 5 times while our team was introducing new formats & activations.— Setting up the targeted advertising stream for more efficient achieving the Employer Branding & Recruiting goals, both strategic and tactical ones.
