Copient System consists of Copient Central server running on Corporate Data Center and Copient Local Server running on every store. Central server will interact with TeraData Customer Relationship Management System (TCRM), TeraData Warehouse and Safeway Single Image Solution (SSMS) tables to get all kinds of data (promotion, customer and store information). Marketing group can use central server to create promotion to be delivered to local servers in the stores.• Migrated SQL server 2008 and 2012 to SQL Server 2016 • Configured AlwaysOn with 1+3 (1Primary+2HA+1DR).• Managing the SQL server application details, SQL logins and their passwords using CyberArk tool.• Backups and restore SQL databases using with DELL EMC Networker backup tool.• Recovering the databases from backup in disasters.
