Reporting to the Commercial Director, sustaining new business growth and managing Key Account Customers.Conduct meetings with the customers to understand the organization, requirements and business objectives.Present solution proposals to decision makers, engage in negotiations and collaborate with internal functions that support the sales process (Operations, HR, IT, Legal, Finance, etc.). Work in close cooperation with customer operations teams in order to ensure quality & improve performance. Prepare, conduct and accompany handover to operations after closure of new business, act as the customer's prime contact until handover to Operations is finalized.

Reporting to the Sales & Operations Manager, the purpose of my role is to develop a sound working relationship with customers, enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention, and maximise the profits for the company. Primarily I support and assist by organising and managing the operational functions of the warehouse and transport departments, in such a manner as to provide the best possible service to the client within the economic constraints of the business, whilst maintaining good staff relations. Responsible for Makro Cash & Carry, Danone Dairy Galaktokomika, Arla Foods, Mondelez, Bravo, Unilever.

Liaison between the company and the 3pl providers (Greece/Cyprus/Bulgaria/Romania). Manage local cost budgets and identify cost saving opportunities.
