It was a logical development of my engineering activities. The range of our hearing medical devices got wider, and the code-base grew larger. My main objective was to make sure our software solution remained technically coherent. During that period, our desktop WPF application underwent the most significant refactoring since the product launch. I joined the team that worked on a range of audiology equipment. Our primary focus was WPF desktop application that controls a USB Audiometer - a medical device that measures hearing loss and helps fit hearing aids. Over the next five years, I worked on our desktop app to make a variety of audiology tests possible and make sure our software seamlessly worked with the hardware. Between 2006 and 2008 as a part of the offshore team, I worked on an independent European SPAM filter (spamfighter.com).
