Before taking her current role as Assistant General Manager for NJ/NY Gotham FC, Stephanie consulted for the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), strategizing & project managing certain steps for growth of Competition & Operations of NWSL.During 2020, Stephanie also had the honor to work with NWSL as the host Team for the 2020 NWSL Challenge Cup. She internally led the initiative in Utah, allowing NWSL to resume competition during the COVID-19 pandemic. Stephanie was responsible for majority of the planning & execution at the tournament site, & as a result of her leadership in Utah, NWSL became the first professional sports league to return to play & the first to host an entire tournament without a single positive coronavirus result. In her previous role as General Manager for Utah Royals FC, Stephanie oversaw all operations for the team & support staff, including player acquisition, programming, scheduling & logistics. In addition, she was the Utah Royals FC representative on the NWSL Board of Governors & sat on the Competition Committee. Stephanie also served as Managing Director for Royals FC where she helped build the team from the beginning. Overseeing the brand establishment, building of sponsorship growth & inaugural season ticket sales strategies, as well managing the sporting side & establishing a multi-year strategy for on-field success.Prior to joining Utah, Stephanie spent 3 years with Reign FC, also of NWSL, where she rose through the ranks from Team Administration Manager to Director of Operations. Before departing from the club, she oversaw the first team, as well as all matchday & business operations. Stephanie got her professional start working in public relations and communications at Seattle Children's Museum. Having held several positions, she most recently served as the Museum's Director of Communications & Marketing during which she created & implemented the marketing & communications plan, increasing revenue by creating new events & building sustainable partnerships. A graduate of San Diego State University, Stephanie received her BA, Public Relations before going on to get her Masters in Sport & Fitness Administration & Management from Seattle University.
