As a Tableau Administrator for the Internal Tableau installation, I was instrumental in the uptake of Tableau within the NSE Internal stakeholders, taking a lead role in designing ServiceNow forms for ticketing requests. I also:- Provide general and administrator support on the SAP BOBJ and NSE Internal Tableau applications - Designed & implemented a thorough testing plan for SAP BOBJ Upgrades - Liaise with leaders from the NSE Geographies on SAP BOBJ licensing and hosting of Tableau project - Initially the only Tableau Administrator, I successfully upgraded the on-premises application. - Along with the Platform Team, I took a lead in upgrading Tableau to Azure Virtual Machines. - Proactively communicating with internal stakeholders as a key contact for NSE Internal Tableau - Ownership of the Governance of the platform. - Creation, design and implementation of a short series of Tech Bytes on Tableau usage and Deloitte internal processes relating to Tableau

Initially with Cable & Wireless, Vodafone acquired Cable&Wireless Worldwide in April 2013. Working in a security-sensitive role, I provided leadership, advice and support to on business change projects including BusinessObjects and SAP BI migrations as well as used my training and course development skills to provide a full consultancy service and project delivery. Managing the clustered SAP BI 4.2 Production, Development and Test environments I successfully: - Cut down inactive accounts from 7,500 to 1,200, inactive reports from 75,000 to 33,000 which allowed under used equipment to be decommissioned- Led the migration from MS DOS application through BOXIr2, BOXIr3, BI 4.0, BI 4.1 to BI 4.2. - Analysed and managed usage of the application and provide information to the key stakeholders on application availability and performance - Consolidated “soon to be” decommissioned SAP BI applications into one single application- Led and managed 4 offshore direct reports - Designed and implemented an internal BI Training system, allowing end users to become more productive in their use of the application- Provided advice and support to colleagues on BusinessObjects as well as internal projects, including Government security sensitive projects requiring security clearance- Designed user guides for Report Creation as well as Delegated Administration and Scheduling for end users with privileged access- Created webinars on aspects of report creation using SAP BI BusinessObjects 4.2, to be accessed from the Vodafone University- Implemented automatic Server Intelligence Agent restart project for production servers, decreasing dependency on support staff for server checks, saving 2.5 people days per month

As Subject Matter Expert (SME) – I led and developed range of SAP BusinessObjects classroom and e-learning training, developing comprehensive training guides for new product releases.
