Created and maintain a working multi-media studio in Detroit, MI. Services completed include creating and maintaining a social media presence for over 300 clientele projects on multiple social media websites. Daily tasks involve producing, filming and editing original digital video content for television, web and mobile. Other tasks include gathering analytic information as well as maintaining up to 15 accounts simultaneously using social media applications tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics and Adwords. Other commitments include seeking out and maintaining business relationships with collaborative companies, sponsors and clients, completion of all designs, storyboarding and/or copywriting of all website, blog, social media and press content as well as interviewing and training staff. Created working partnerships with Kickstarter, Pledgemusic, North Star Media, Town Partners and Best Buy.

My time at Apple was a life changing experience. Along with all of the incredible experiences one might expect working along side some of the brightest and influential technology minds, Apple truly taught me to think differently and strive for quality and business standards far beyond what most companies consider success. In addition, I gained the critical thinking skills and business acumen to strive for "win-win" solutions between my company and it's partners that directly led to our success at Groovebox Studios. I won several performance awards in my time at Apple and was recognized as a leader amongst my peers.The ASC is an Apple employee who serves as an Apple brand ambassador and influencer in a Reseller’s store. The ASC’s role is to grow Apple product sales and add-on business in the store. He or she is held accountable for sales performance by providing excellent customer service, giving 1:1 and 1:many product demonstrations, and ensuring all Apple fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards.

Shortly after leaving my early career as a professional musician and educator I began as a store manager for CompUSA. I learned a lot about business and customer service during this period, skills that will never leave me. My time here put me on Apple's radar, for which I will be forever grateful. Sadly, CompUSA and stores like it have left the marketplace.

In my formative years I enjoyed a career as a performer and educator. Although this is a young man's game and I never could connect the dots to make it a lifelong career, drumming will always be my happy place.
