I wear several hats in my position in IT Support at Wheaton College. My System Administrator role is dominated by OnBase (electronic content management). I work with departments to develop and implement solutions including workflow, eforms and automated processes. Additionally I create and maintain accounts and user/group permissions. As Technical Trainer, I create written and video documentation, and design and present live training when needed. Additionally coordinate our IT Knowledgebase designed to promote self-help to our campus community. I am also responsible for administering a cloud-based solution for our annual campus cybersecurity training.As IT Support, I am part of the team providing 3rd tier support for campus technology.

Conduct MS Office training classes for staff members at Wheaton College. Classes include Word Level 1 - 3, Excel Level 1 - 3, Access Level 1 & 2, Powerpoint, Level 1 & 2, and Outlook as well as subject-dedicated classes like Merging, Charts, and Forms.

UCIT SalesTracker is my proprietary company assisting authors in tracking their sales & royalties. By developing a database of sales, all information is available in a single, organized location. Sales are reported in dashboard-style for easy, detailed analysis which can be used to target marketing, negotiate contracts and optimize sales.
