  Pat is the owner of Fannin Litigation Group and is an Adjunct Professor at Gonzaga University School of Law where he teaches Appellate Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing. He previously served for several years as an Assistant Coach for Gonzaga's Undergraduate Mock Trial Team, helping several students earn national recognition. Mr. Fannin stays connected to the Spokane Community by being a real estate investor, landlord and developer. He also owns Spokane Virtual Offices, which provides virtual office space to professionals and other businesses. Mr. Fannin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he was awarded, among other accolades, Leadership Honors for leading Gonzaga's National Moot Court Team to a national ranking. Prior to law school, Mr. Fannin worked as a Project Manager for what was then the world's largest commercial and residential roofing, re-roofing and waterproofing company. As a project manager, Mr. Fannin was responsinble for supervising the successful completion of all aspects of large, commercial and governmental projects from initial take-off and bid preperation through completion of the final punch-list and invoicing. Mr. Fannin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Montana. Although now residing in Spokane, Washington, he grew-up along the banks of the Missouri River in Great Falls, Montana.
