As a student of 8-month "Data Science Specialist" specialization, I have completed a series of projects related to Data Science and Machine Learning, including but not limited to:• Gold Recovery Prediction Given extensive datasets with information on the technological process of gold recovery from gold-bearing ore, developed a prototype of the ML model that predicts gold recovery efficiency with an error of 9%, according to sMAPE metric.• Transformers-based Sentiment AnalysisWith help of data on toxic/positive comments, performed classification of commentaries into positive and toxic ones using BERT language model along with GPU support. Ran a series of hyperparameter tunings using OOP and scikit-learn in order to choose the most optimal model. • Determination of People's Ages using Computer VisionUsing a dataset of images of people's faces, developed a neural net model making use of both fine-tuning and transfer learning and capable of determining a person's age based on their photos. Attained MAE metric of 5.8 years.
