About Mark Cundle

My extensive background of coaching in fitness, nutrition and wellbeing gave me the solid foundation I needed when I chose to specialise in illnesses with chronic pain and developing methods to combat them. These methods didn't just come from studying, clientele experience and having a general interest; they came from living every day with someone with 5 illnesses.Years of this exposure to chronic illness in such close proximity has given me knowledge that in most cases, only the sufferer can understand and so allows me to engage and reach sufferers in more viable ways. I have watched my partner suffer with it for years amongst all the other symptoms, as well as the landslide of mental issues that come with them. I have tried and tested ideas, concepts and mindsets and channelled them into my coaching structures with my clients, so they get the best knowledge to use in their own lives with chronic pain. My community Spoonie Support was developed for the express purpose of reaching, contacting and helping these people and to eventually make chronic pain something that, with the right knowledge, can be dealt with via a health-driven, active and balanced lifestyle that considers mental health just as much as physical health.Feel free to get in touch.

  • Spoonie Support
    Chronic Illness Coach
Spoonie Support Aug 2019 - Present
    Norfolk, England, United Kingdom
Five years ago my long-time partner was diagnosed with EDS, Fibromyalgia, ME, POTS and Reactive Hypoglycaemia. It was at this moment I decided to specialise in coaching and guiding those suffering with chronic pain across a multitude of illnesses. Through trial and error, suffering and observation, I have developed into a coach that can assess, moderate and suppress chronic pain in people, as well as the mental health implications alongside living with such conditions. Spoonie Support is a community I created for the sole purpose of helping people with these issues.
