I specialize in connecting library services to new and traditionally underserved communities through outreach, community engagement and strategic partnerships. My areas of interest: how can libraries reduce health disparities in the community; evaluating implicit bias to better inform employee development and customer service models; and developing non-traditional partnerships to expand services. I’ve worked in public libraries in Massachusetts, Illinois, New York and California. Additionally, I have a background in marketing and communication and grant writing.
