I started my career in the hotel industry, after spending time in hotel and seeing events from a venue side I started to want to branch out to the agency side of events. However finding it difficult to break into a popular industry I considered that I had not traveled much and I wanted the opportunity to see the world so I acquired my TEFL certificate and moved to China to experience something new. While there I decided events was definitely where I wanted to be and where I wanted to progress my career. I moved back to the UK and into an Project assistant role mostly in events and progressed to become an Event Manager managing the majority of the events Stream managed. From there I have joined BI Worldwide, who offer a six star service in events and I'm working on larger worldwide events.
