Accountable for 24 cost centers with operational revenue of $104 million, operational expenses of $21 million, benefits budget of $18 million and 10 direct reports. Direct all human resources functions for 1800 system wide employees including staffing and talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee health, clinical education, leadership development and onboarding; full operational responsibility for business units including radiology & diagnostic services, organizational excellence, guest and volunteer services, wound care, medical staff services, physician recruiting, quality management, and employee assistance program; previous operational responsibility for adult day care, public safety, environmental services, facilities management, hospitalist services, materials management, Westcott Center for Psychiatric Health, Bradley Center for Wellness, sports medicine program, and rehabilitation services.

Lead corporate human resources strategic and tactical planning. Report to EVP of Operations and worked with the executive management team to develop effective corporate strategic plans. Responsible for start-up of corporate human resources practice. Implement benefit program changes such as employee computer purchase, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, disability plan, and employee self-service on the human resource information system. Revise and enhance the employee policy handbook. Redefine compensation and executive bonus program.Successfully developed MyHRTools.com, an innovative product line from concept through delivery via an integrated web-based system; services were marketed to small and medium sized employers. Products include an HRIS, payroll, 401(k), workers’ compensation insurance, disability and life insurance, personality profiles and background checks. Responsible for development of the web site through internal and contracted programmers. Establish partnerships with vendors to sell their products on the site. Train sales force to market human resource products.
