With several decades of experience as a technology entrepreneur and leader, I've held CEO, CFO, and CTO roles, bringing a cross-disciplinary approach to strategy and innovation. Currently, as the CTO of Oxford Quantum Circuits, I’m leading advancements in quantum computing—an area poised to drive global change.I played a key role in developing our core technology from university spinout into a commercial application, overseeing its development and technology transfer. As we’ve grown from a small team to over 100, I’ve guided our strategic expansion, including opening an office and developing a tech-first team in Japan and deploying a quantum computers internationally. I also developed a unique strategy to integrate quantum systems into co-location datacenters, setting a new standard for practical applications in our field.Beyond technical leadership, I bring experience in raising finance for tech and deep tech ventures, conducting financial and technical due diligence to secure sustainable growth. I’m also dedicated to mentoring talent within our organisation, helping team members advance from academia to VP roles, and building a forward-thinking team ready to push the boundaries of what quantum computing can achieve globally.
