As co-founder of the former IN Research and Consulting Co.,Ltd. I have had a chance to serve on two projects for Mead Johnson directly. My passion has always been understanding the consumer needs and trying our best to improve the products working the category I was working in. So after SC Johnson, ive decided to open a consumer research company that will hopefully provide FMCG companies with concise facts that lead to breakthrough insights and thorough analysis on product category, consumer segmentation and how those two interact.I spent 2 years with SC Johnson working for Glade. Initially I was a project manager for company's top two international projects - one of them being a joint development with a large packaging company based in Australia. Afterwards, I moved to formulation. I worked across all forms, which include plugged-in scented oils, aerosols (both compress gas and LPG), solid gels, car, plugged-in gel and gel with semipermeable membrane. I started with P&G as R&D for skincare scientist and worked there for almost 6 years. The skills I've acquired through my working experience include: formulation, packaging, feasibility experimental order and PDV to steady state for large scale production, consumer research design and analysis, claims support both BTL and ATL materials, SPSS analysis for quantitative research, skin measurements such as TEWL, certified internal auditor within P&G, Quality site leader for beauty care in Singapore and project manager for R&D. I then had the chance to work as a retail marketing manager - opening La Senza stores with CMG and working closely with Limited Brands. I supervised the initial set up, PC training, inventory and the opening of Thailand's first two stores.
