- Assistant Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (Project Engineer): oversee and manage construction and service contracts for two bases and 300 facilities; review project contracts for accuracy, constructability, cost reasonableness, and completeness; develop construction modifications; negotiate contract change orders; approve field changes to address unforeseen site conditions; accept final construction for satisfaction of design, beneficial occupancy, and satisfaction of contractual requirements; approve Architect/Engineer design submissions for acceptability.

Public Works Operations Officer: lead Transportation and Maintenance Division in accomplishment of all Island public works including potable water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, electrical generation and distribution, landfill management, road maintenance, and facility maintenance; lead Engineering Division (two Engineers and three Engineering Techs) in engineering services, acquisition planning, in-house design, and A&E design review.
