• AWS Cloud Engineer working as part of a Global team on Fully Managed, Scalable, and secure Elasticsearch Service, Cloud search and Kinesis Stack (Streams, Firehose, Kinesis Analytics) to analyze real time streaming data.• My main role was to resolve critical and complex technical issues to improve customer experience and drive key service improvements in AWS Support. Working in a challenging 24x7x365 global support model, leveraging my deep technical expertise to understand our customer’s problems and give them solutions on the issues they face on owned technology areas.• Support and advise customers on their deployments and troubleshoot issues pertaining to Elasticsearch and kinesis Services. The role requires a good understanding of core cloud concepts like VPC, EC2, EBS, S3, IAM and Other services like Redshift, Glue, etc...• Performing complex product debugging and remediation when needed to drive Support incident resolution for configuration, code, or other issues impacting customers. And participating in the Global impact events like log4j.• Technical escalation points for complex support issues, product feedback, and critical situations in the owned technology areas. Deeply engage with AWS Engineering teams to understand their service architecture, operating models, and be able to navigate and work effectively towards exemplary AWS support experience for customers.• Identify emerging trends or recurring scenarios for the owned technologies and drive improvement feedback/repair items into engineering teams. Based on customer feedback and insights gained while supporting our top customers, partner with engineering teams to improve services like Elasticsearch and Kinesis Streams.• Guiding the Customers in building highly available and resilient Architecture for streaming data Applications and monitoring Infrastructure which helps customer to Achieve up to 40% stability when compared to their previous systems.

• Predominantly worked on AWS, Terraform and Jenkins. Used to main several Applications Monitoring Systems which has services like CloudWatch, Kibana. •Deployed centralized logging solutions via logstash integrated with AWS OpenSearch and kibana as frontend which resulted in saving 30% cost.•Defined Secuirty Groups which is used as virtual firewall at resources level and NACLs at subnet level and managing the traffic. ANd increased the Application Security by 40%. • Experienced in On-prem to AWS Migration in migrating the on prem SQL database to AWS RDS SQL database using Data Migration Tool and achieved 40% high performance and 80% reliability.•Built Terraform Script and deployed the Infrastructure in multiple region which resulted in reducing the time. And also maintained IAM Groups by providing the Appropriate permissions to team members and reducing the Management overhead by 30%.•Having good understanding in Container Services like Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, ECR and EKS.
