I consider myself a quantitative spatial ecologist with intense passion and interest in wildlife biology, endangered species conservation, and human impacts on ecosystems. Have played role of tiger biologist and conducted research related to evaluation of connectivity between different tiger reserves in central India landscape. I have worked mostly on carnivores, though my interest lies at the interface of behavior and ecology of all wildlife taxa and their response to habitat fragmentation. My present work involves understanding relationship between habitat fragmentation, landscape structure and animal movement patterns.Nearly 15 months of experience in designing and conducting field projects, technical report writing, publishing of scientific papers, managing field researchers and assistants and organizing project logistics in remote locations.Another 32 months of professional experience in the area of IT industry. Experience in co-coordinating with diverse cross functional teams within and outside the organization. Have played a role as a Java developer and worked for the Java application development and support team.
