1. Provide end to end HCM solution to prospects including Core HR function, Recruitment, Training, Performance, Payroll, T&A and etc.2. System enhancement and improvement suggestions to R&D team based upon client general requests and market trend3. Support sales team on business analysis, customization, ADP service and products introduction4. Assist with proposal development 5. Schedule updates to sales team to on service and legislative changes6. Organize and host training courses to sales team on ADP Solution/Service/Product and best practice sharing from BC perspective7. Develop and maintain the data in Demo system, ensure data accuracy and date integrity8. Create and maintain solution document and service definition9. Conduct effective coordination with other teams and supporting such as market event supporting, R&D new product testing and etc.

1. Manage payroll outsourcing service for about 30+ clients covering Mainland & HK region2. Be able to provide solutions on client business change and additional requests3. Keep continuous improvement on business process, service quality and working efficiency4. Conduct on-going service project planning & review, resource management, risk control and client sustainable relationship maintenance5. Be responsible for account revenue and cost control6. Lead 3 teams including 1 HK team, for people management: performance evaluation, key talent cultivation and retention7. Coordination and support internal and external payroll related audits8. Conduct effective coordination with other teams and supporting9. Organize and host internal training courses such as IIT Calculation Knowledge, Standard Payroll Processing Knowledge, Mandatory social benefits and etc.
