A. Monthly operation report, including income statement, cash flow statement variance analysis, working capital variance analysis, combined with business data, gives management opinions, such as the parts that need to be strengthened in the short and medium termB. Lead quarterly forecast, annual budget and 5-year strategic plan. Set up forecasts, budget template, budget timeline, coordinate the time of each department, collect budget information from each department, discuss assumptions, summarize and analyze rationality, and ensure that the forecast budget matches the short-term, medium-term and long-term development of the company.C. Establish financial models for large-scale investment projects, sensitivity analysis, try to find risky part and give suggestion. Track project implementation, and conduct budget management.D. Implement accounting and reporting policies and work closely with the finance sharing center and headquarters finance to improve operations and financial controls.E. Understand the business, customers and market, so as to support the business needs at any time, and the budget forecast is based on.F. Use financial analysis tools, such as power Bi, to build a visual report that integrates financial data and business data.G.
