Monthly operation report, including income statement, cash flow statement variance analysis, working capital variance analysis, combined with business data, gives management opinions, such as the parts that need to be strengthened in the short and medium termB. Lead quarterly forecast, annual budget and 5-year strategic plan. Set up forecasts, budget template, budget timeline, coordinate the time of each department, collect budget information from each department, discuss assumptions, summarize and analyze rationality, and ensure that the forecast budget matches the short-term, medium-term and long-term development of the company.C. Establish financial models for large-scale investment projects, sensitivity analysis, try to find risky part and give suggestion. Track project implementation, and conduct budget management.D.
