Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine, an Indianapolis-based neurosurgical practice, provides co-management services to ProHealth Care, a Wisconsin community health system, to strengthen and grow the ProHealth Neuroscience Service Line. I serve as a liaison between Goodman Campbell and ProHealth, providing oversight and consultation for development of neuroscience programming.

Missoula, Montana Area

Responsible for strategic growth of the Neuroscience Service Line in the Western Montana Region of Providence Health & Services. Responsible for local operations and growth of six physician practices -- neurosurgery, neurology, pain management, physiatry, sleep medicine, and neuropsychology. I also worked closely with the system neuroscience office of clinical programs, participating on the Providence Neuroscience Leadership Council and serving as the administrative lead on several system neuroscience focus groups, subgroups, and workgroups.

The institute operated under the guidance of an advisory board, consisting of hospital administrators and representatives from four large privately-owned neuroscience physician practices. Key responsibilities of the executive director included working with the St.Vincent Neuroscience Institute Board to establish and implement the strategic direction for neuroscience services at St.Vincent Indianapolis Hospital, managing operations of three neuroscience inpatient clinical areas, developing and implementing education and outreach initiatives, fostering growth of industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated neuroscience research activities, and growing two neuroscience philanthropic funds.
