Springzeal has been in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry since 2007. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, specializing in marketing and multimedia productions. She was a university scholar as well as a college honor; and in her college days, she was a features writer and a column writer for the university school paper. For her internship, she made a documentary that lead to Deutscher Evangelischer Kirchentag inviting her to present her work to their biannual assembly in Cologne, Germany. She has worked anywhere from a Copyeditor for international scientific journals with subjects ranging from chemistry, biology, physics, to computer engineering, and most especially, market research; as an English Teacher for non-native English speakers, particularly Japanese professionals, CEOs, and business owners; and eventually as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, Project Manager, and Marketing Manager for several real estate teams and companies, including that of Keller Williams.As an entrepreneur, she launched her first business, Destino Restobar, when she was 26 years old. She then launched several small startups since. More recently, she started a region-wide automotor company with her husband. A year after that, with the increase in demand for virtual assistant services, (and with over 30 years of combined BPO and Virtual Solutions experience), she and her husband decided to upscale their virtual assistance team to a full-scale Virtual Assistant Company.Her vision for the company is to showcase to the world the Filipino’s world class service that it is known for.
