As a Manager in Real Estate, I oversee the operations and performance of one of the leading real estate brokerages in the country, with a portfolio of over 500 properties and a team of 20 agents. I am responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, marketing campaigns, training programs, and customer service standards, as well as negotiating contracts, closing deals, and managing partnerships with other stakeholders.I have a strong background in architecture and urban planning. Prior to joining Century 21, I worked as an Architect and a Sales Manager at Delta Group Albania, where I designed and executed various interior and exterior projects for residential and commercial clients, as well as managed the sales pipeline, budget, and team for the infrastructure division. I have also obtained the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager Designation (CRB) and the Ndërmjetes i Pasurive të Paluajtshme certification from Ministry of justice Albania, which demonstrate my expertise and professionalism in the real estate industry.I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for the built environment, as well as helping people find their dream homes and investments. I have excellent communication, management, and sales skills, as well as a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
