I aim to ensure our cluster is prepared and equipped 24x7x365 for whatever mother nature decides to throw at us. From a strategic view i engage with various stakeholders at all levels to ensure our volunteers are not left behind, by continuing stay relevant with the latest policy, doctrine, process, training and equipment.From a tactical perspective, i provide leadership support during operational periods, participating in an IMT or out in the field mentoring our members or liaising with other emergency services.
