1.Good Command in AMOS-(Asset Management Operating System). 2.Ordering by making MRs (Material Requisitions) on the basis of the IRRs (Internal Requisitions Requests) from all the supervisors. 3.Organizing Rig material Supplies: 4.Constant follow-up with field, material requisition instruction from the Management organizing the rig materials supplies on the time. 5. Spare parts and Consumable: Receiving and storing in proper manner with mini/max level for reorder. 6.Order and Manage appropriate Inventory records as per Company Policy. 7.Check and receive goods supplied & ensure spares comply to rig Requirement. 8.Total control of shipments receipt and dispatch. 9.Taking the Periodic Critical spares Inventory and comparing with Computer records and manual record. 10.Verify CRITICAL spares & label items with expiry dates & review Periodically. 11.Periodic stocks take & ensure inventory values are within budgeted Parameters. 12.Knows to submit reports as requested by Management. 13.Knows to prepare necessary shipping documents. 14.Maintain proper Housekeeping. (Assist to Sign on/off Crew as was posted at Base Yard in Shiv-Vani Egypt Branch)
